Not every hospital can balance science with humanity, the doctors don't just prescribe, they explain. Same with the nurses, they don't just attend to patient they give a full listening ear to me. I had an excellent experience at Lifebridge hospital.  The doctor,  nurses, and staff were very professional,  kind, and attentive throughout my visit. From the reception to the consultation and treatment,  everything was well organised and handled with great care. I truly appreciate the way they prioritise patients need and ensure comfort at every steps. The environment was clean, welcoming,  and reassuring. I just called at 7:34 am to ask if they had an ENT available, the man answered the phone with “Hello” as if I was calling his personal line. I was confused I thought I had the wrong number. I had to ask if this was lifeBridge to confirm. I then asked if they had an ENT on seat and they said yes but they would have to confirm availability. I said ok, should I call back or will you call me back to let me know? He then said I had to make payment in order for him to CHECK availability. So now my question is, if I make payment and he is indeed not available, what happens to my my money? This is absolutely ridiculous. You need to hire people with sense who know how to handle patients.
